Individual spaces measure 12ft x 24ft and have light, air and electrical connections. 18ft x 24ft also available. Trailer storage comes with the rental of a space.
Trailer area and building is secured by a 6ft fence, razor wire on top, and gate locks. Building has secure locks and alarm system. Members have 24x7 access.
Use of parts washer, press, engine hoist, bench grinder, etc comes with rental. Common area for fixing your tow vehicle. Break room with fridge and microwave. Bathroom area has a shower too!
Prices: 12ft x 24ft (single) $200.00 per month. 18ft x 24ft (single and 1/2) $300.00 per month.
