This bulletin waives the requirement for teams to wear matching shirts, and buy additional radio/scanners for the final two races. While I struggled with the idea of lowering our standards to waive these two rules, I understand the issue of costs. So for these two races, we have made those two rules "HIGHLY RECOOMENDED".

Both will return to being series requirements in 2007.

I also clarified the lighting rule for VIR to permit four additional forward pointing lights.

Thanks for the update, Ken. We'll have both radios and uniforms (unless the weather is horrible) and we appreciate the light options. It's very dark out there at VIR at 11pm. :)
