Inexpensive wheel options

I have been struggling with one set of wheels and am needing to expand what I have. What I have is a random ATS wheel that I have never seen... I can match back spacing, but anyone have experience with the following wheel? Looks like the "new" Kazera... price is right and shipping is only about 30 to me.

The 9-10 lb wheels are not in my wheel house.
