Doubtful. Your best bet at this point is to order one from AMB and see if they will overnight it to you.

He's just down the road in Irmo, SC, is there for all CMP (and most SEDIV) events and has transponders listed on the website. In the past he also had some rechargeable units that he'd rent for the weekend (they used to belong to Atlanta Region), but I don't know if he still does that or not.
I've pointed Cameron at your post but get in touch with Conover Motor Sports directly - shop number is 336-506-6804. They may have a spare that you can rent, and I know they will be there.
