I'm not sure the fitment on a Integra but on a Civic the Rpf-1 works better with the 41mm offset wheel. If the car is quite a bit lower ride height the 35mm wheels can start to rub on the inner fender liner without Rolling the Fenders. Although, I believe the 35mm offset is prefered for fitting better on a Miata. It all really depends on the allowable space and ride height.
