b13 ita spoiler question

I am finishing up the build of my B13 sentra to campaign ITA and I am working on painting the car now and have the spoiler off and kinda like the look without the spoiler. I was wanting to leave it off and wondering if it was legal to do so, I was looking in the gcr and couldn't really find out for sure if it was or not.
