Does anyone have data on caliper temps front & rear on a miata ?

To determine if you need brake ducts? On most tracks, I don't think it's needed.

Good point - Mcmaster-Carr (online industrial supply retailer) sells temp sensitive paints or labels that cover a range of temperatures.
