Good Afternoon ya'll,

I am the founder and current admin for the NARRC Facebook admin page. I created the group to help send push notifications to the NARRC community via Social Media channels. I am not participating in NARRC this year due to life and financial conflicts. In the process, I think it's only fair that others partake and honestly, it can use all the help it can get by others more involved and motivated than I.

Interested? PM me.

Thanks,
Mickey

As someone who has served on the NARRC board for the last 6 years.......
This may be the last year of NARRC !
The new re-structuring of road racing and the new NEDiv Road Race Championship have left NARRC as a series within a series.
With less and less drivers able to afford the time and expense of competing in a traveling series, it's purpose has diminished to a very small group.
I might also add that those that administer the series are also the same folks working with the committee to build the new NedivRRC.

yup... it's been said before (more or less):

So who runs the NE DIV SCCA page?

https://www.facebook.com/eftcombustne

Is MZ Distributing and EFS Combust the official NEDIV SCCA admin and/or sponsor?

"MZ Distributing LLC is a major stocking distributor of EFS Combust products and will be sponsoring the EFS Combust Northeast Divisional Race Series sanctioned by the SCCA for 2014. MZ Distributing LLC is located at 85 Franklin Road Suite 5B Dover NJ 07801"
Seems like a big fricken AD for EFS and NOTHING ELSE... :mad1: I suspect someone but out of respect I won't mention names. Seems pretty obvious though I may be mistaken or don't know all the facts.

Jerry,

In the meantime, would you or others on the NARRC committee be interested in directing or managing the day-to-day posts and inquires on NARRC FB page? FYI, Chris Rallo has offered to assist as well.

I thought that northeast series your speaking of was for the classes eligible to go to the runnoffs.

Nope. It's for all classes in the GCR, including IT, hence Divisionals being one step above NARRC/MARRC for ITx, SM2, etc folks.

Wait... so IT7 cars would be running in ITA class.. HA!

Actually when setting up the divisional championship in the NE the regions decided to allow all GCR classes plus any divisional recognized class.

Sorry, I'm stepping back from all these boards and no longer NER's CRB chairman. I'm just gonna be a racer for a while :-)
I might add that any of these boards could use your help, it's to easy to assume someone will take care of things........

Argh... our friend is a business man and I am fine with that. Seems like overstepping in this case.

What are you sorry for? You work your ass off! Enjoy your time off!!!

Regarding Msg Board follow-ship by regional/division board members: Good advice and I will notify/ask these questions of NEDiv or NARRC as needed. Happy to listen in on board conference calls as well.
