ITR guys what size tire you running?

Trying to decide what size tire I need to run on the Boxster. I will be running 17 x 8.5. I talked to Hoosier and they recommend that I start with the 245 and see how they do. If I needed more tire then I could put the 275 on. What about running a staggered tire setup? Most of the serious Porsche DE guys cars that come to the shop for an engine run staggered. Put they are not pushing very hard.

245 on the rx8 w/ a 8" wheel.

I think almost everyone here in the north east is running the same.

Blake I run a 275 on 17x8.5 rim. I figure that I need as much tire I can get on the ZX since it's so damn heavy. I have no issues with them, and run them at all four wheels.
I haven't run the 245 yet.
