Are these legal in ITA yet?

Guys:

I've seen a few of these style upper control arms for the CRX/Civic, and was not sure if it is legal. Back in the day I didn't think they were.

The bearings are, the upper arms are not.

Both are OK for Super Touring Light.

use to be a requirement for ITA, I had a couple of guys convinced that was why I was to fast, because I didn't have it in there (except for the 12 hours)
