Residential car stacking racks

Hi, anyone have any experience with the residential car stacking systems? I need to make more room but can't move the walls. If I could stack 2 cars that would free up a bay.

i have a variation of this one.

make sure you have the head room in the garage and can get the door open with the car on top.
