Fellow VW racers,

I have entered Champion Spark Plug's Search For a Champion contest and need your vote to help me win.

My video and story about racing a Mk1 Scirocco are up against over a hundred other entries, mostly circle track and drag cars.

The VW racer vote can help me secure sponsorship money from Champion.

My CHUMP team is in it as well. Look up Eggboy Racing. I'll get the other guys on the team to vote for you as well. Us road race guys gotta stick together against the roundy rounders and straight line guys in the contest

Thanks! I'll vote for Eggboy too. It's kind of a lopsided contest. There are 166 asphalt entries and about 14 snow and ice.

Well, the results are out for the Champion contest and we didn't win. The asphalt category went to a pair of drag racing brothers.

It has been a very rewarding experience to put the video together and to receive so much support from so many people. Thank you to everyone who took the time to register and vote for us.
