I'm trying to help Butch, Fletcher and company get the word out a bit better about Pro IT, so to get that started - For anyone interested:

2012 Pro-IT Schedule:


November 4-6 - Road Atlanta - Qual and Race on Friday
March 16-18 - Road Atlanta - (with ECR) Qual Fri and Sat, Race Sat
May 19-20 - Road Atlanta - Qual and Race on Sunday
July 14 - Road Atlanta - (with ECR) Qual and Race on Saturday
July 15 - Road Atlanta - Qual and Race on Sunday
August 30 - Sept 2 - Barber - Qual Saturday, Race Sunday - Double Points



Very similar schedule to this year and years past. 45 minute timed races at Road Atlanta, 40 minutes or 20 laps at Barber. The ARRC supporting kickoff race is always well-attended and fun, and the Barber finale is double points as usual.

A person only has to finish three races to qualify for the season championship points and money.

ISM (that's Spec Miata)
ITR
ITS
ITA
ITB
ITC
ITT
IT7
ITX (eXhibition only)



We're working on lots more, so keep an eye out for rules updates and other fun stuff like that!

You'd think we could at least get the classes correct, but both Bowie and I have messed up on that all morning. :rolleyes:

That's the Double National weekend and Pro-IT will race concurrent with ECR. Pro-IT/ECR will have two qualifying sessions - one on Friday and one on Saturday, then race the last session Saturday afternoon.

Same way we ran it this past March...

More dammit. That was wrong at both places, too.

Sheesh. That's what I get for trying to knock that out real quicklike at work. :shrug:
