I have run into a snag on my car build...

I am having wiring issues and I am close to positive it has to do with the fuel pump relay system. My old ITC Rabbit was set up with a separate toggle for the fuel pump and I liked the way it was set up. So I want to try and duplicate this on my Audi ...

I am thinking of adding the Painless wiring FPR kit to my Audi ..which runs CIS-E . Has anyone done this to their VW/Audi ?

I am not good with wiring at all and have avery basic knowledge about it..(ie.. I hate wiring ) :D

The relay is a safe way to shut off the pump if the engine quits running, BUT Relays fail.. I use a 20a-30a switch, 14 ga wire, 30a light up when blown fuse & an 80 amp fuse.. K.I.S.S. theory... when it comes down to finishing a race or not, you must eliminate the weak points...

Just my opinion.. If you want a relay, use the 1985-2011 vw one.. You need to find 1/2 female spade connectors, that's the toughest part...
