Finally got some good racetrack video up on YouTube!
(Watch it in 480p.) Pueblo Motorsports Park, running HPDE4/TT with NASA.
Why did the car suddenly spin? I'm wondering if it is the famed Rx-7 snap oversteer from a binding rear suspension - except in all three spins the rears lock well after the apex and the last two don't seem to have enough suspension movement to cause binding.
Any thoughts?
Overnight, I sat and thought about how to get faster. The answer I came up with? Be smoother.
In later sessions, I backed off the speed to have better, smoother lines with earlier turn-ins (but the same apex points) and much more precision. I think it was working well, but I ran out of time to put a really good lap together for all ten turns.
Driving/line comments encouraged!
