Anyone using an AMB DisplayIT?

Is anyone using the AMB (Blind Apex) DisplayIT? I got one and installed it for Pocono but was not getting any info. I re-read the instructions and found that the region has to have a transmitter to send the info to the DisplayIT. Do any of the regions in the Northeast transmit that info?

One of two things is happening.
A. You do not have YOUR transponder number programmed into the DisplayIT.
B. The event you were running was not utilizing the AMB transponder system.
The DisplayIT will only work when an AMB transponder system is actively being used.

There is a software upgrade that the AMB operator has to do, but that upgrade was disseminated at least six years ago so most AMB system operators have done it.
Washington DC Region has done the upgrade.

I have found my works great if timing and scoring broadcasts the time!! every time mine doesn't get times is because they have not turned on the broadcast. It is a seperate system from their timing system... talk to timing and scoring. AMB gives them the software free of charge.

I use one and really like it, especially for qualifying sessions.

I've got it on my car and like it. But at Summit Point, we have to remind T&S to turn it on.
