Rest in Peace Connie Peplowski

With a heavy heart I am deeply saddened to inform the Improved Touring community of the passing of Connie Peplowski. Connie was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon (4/27) after setting up for this weekends Vintage Races at Road Atlanta.

Connie was a long time NEOHIO region SCCA member most known for her skill in the timing and scoring booth. She was also involved in many pro events, always lending a helping hand and greeted everyone with a hug or a smile.

Connie - you will be missed by many. Take care

Oh, my God! I just got the email from Erik and I was stunned! I've know Connie since I joined the club in 1989! She has been a fixture at all the NeOhio events throughout the years. There is now a very big hole in the hearts of all us here in NeOhio. She will be surely missed.

I'm at a loss. Having worked with her for many years at IRP, we missed her very much when she left for warmer climates. I'll raise a toast to her this evening.
