:smilie_pokal:The Glen Region would like to invite everyone to the Glen Region’s ‘Last Chance: After-The-Party-Reception’ at the International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC) Saturday October 9th, 2010. A $60 entry fee will get two people into the reception and will also receive a chance to win the IRRMC’s 2010 Raffle Car.
This year’s car is Cobra replica powered by an original Ford “427FE” engine with two four barrel Carter carburetors , has a Ford “T&C 10 bolt” 4 speed manual transmission and Ford 9” posi-traction differential with a 3.73 final drive. It is finished in a brilliant Viper Blue paint with dual white racing stripes, is equipped with dual, four point, competition style seat belts and shoulder harnesses, 16” Halibrand racing style alloy wheels with 235/60R16 tires in front, 275/50R16’s in the rear and features period correct “quick jack” style bumpers and a single hoop roll bar.
The reception will start at 7 PM on Saturday evening. Dessert, wine, and beer will be served, door prizes awarded, and we'll view rare footage from the IMRRC vault. Entrance to the reception is limited to pre-purchased entries only.
