Rusty Tranny Mount Bolts!!

I am putting together a spare tranny and the tranny mount bolts on the 5th gear housing are rusted in!! one bolt lost its head - I put JB Blaster around the shaft and thought it would punch out but it won't budge. I got the nut off the other bolt but it won't turn or move either!! any suggestions on how to get them out without breaking the housing??
