Posting for a friend. Car located in the Amenia, NY area. There's no body per say but the motor keeps humming along. PM if you're interested.

I had one of those. Of course that was in 1977! Slant 6!

I learned to drive in a '66 Dart - we had three of them in the family in continuous use from 1969 through 1985. If I had the space, I'd love to have one for old times sake, but sadly, I don't have the room..

Thats a shock!
Sorry, couldn't resist.

I assume it's the 225 slant 6, one of the most reliable engines ever made. I swear that thing didn't need oil or water, and merely a rough approximation of an air to fuel ratio would keep it running. Heck, converting it to non points ignition was removing it's only Achilles heel. (Other than gas mileage, air pollution horsepower output, etc. ;)

Sadly you could count on the body rotting as much as you could count on the engine running.

Jake - aren't you annoyed it's not on the ITCS? It's clearly an ITR car (in lemons).

Interesting prospect.
It's kinda like a BMW, LOL. Inline 6, sedan, etc. Available as a two door right? Stock power was 145, tq was 215.

So, 145 x 1.25 = 181 hp. That's ITS RX-7 power. But of course, it's going to be tough to spin the slant 6. Still, all things considered, not an ITR car. ITS maybe. Besides, it could never make weight in ITR! ;)

i think min weight is min weigh that is long as it meets the "body and appearance" rules.... can you say duck tape. Honestly, this car is screaming for LeMons. I say we put together it.com car for the CT race this year.
