I can't seem to find the records published anywhere for the various IT classes. Anyone know where this information can be found or exactly what the track records are?

Interesting. Who compiles those so I can get a correction made? ;)

I think Darrel Anthony put that together for us (darrell at needmoreracing dot com)

I emailed the keeper of the Lime Rock records.

The other current records for our tracks is on NeSCCA.com. If these are inaccurate contact the Chief of Time & Scoring for the event in question and have them provide an accurate PDF to the NeSCCA webmaster to post.

FYI,

LRP has an awesome plaque on the tower in pit lane that shows all track records including all SCCA classes. It is really awesome and has been a goal of mine to get on that for years...

Received the email this morning, I'll get them all posted to NeSCCA.com. It would be nice if SCCA actually tracked all these and they were on the National website.

Interesting. I know at least the ITA, ITB and IT7 records have been easily broken in qualifying. All this past weekend!

I figured with the new pavement, the "C" record would of dropped by now. Cool to see we still got it. I guess ITC has disappeared ?

And that IT7 time wasn't one to write home about.
Edit: Since Andy mentioned tires, I was on 6 or so cycle Kooks, generic no LRP setup, with a loose idler arm in the steering. (Toe changes)

So, where would that have qualified you in ITR and ITS?

The conditions were seeminly perfect as MANY ran well under their personal bests. 4 ITR Drivers in the 1:00.xxx, as well as 2 ITS drivers.

My time would have put me 7th on grid in the ITR/ITS group. 5th in ITR, 3rd in ITS. Nick ran a 1:00.3xx in the Ulfelder ITS RX-7 at the Tuesday test day.

I don't know what everyones tires situation was but I was on brandy-new Goodyears.

I never realized before how FAST your tracks out there are. We have nice long flowing tracks out here but our track records for IT cars are still only high-70s to low-80s.

LRP is 1.54 miles. Fast and pretty short, but fun and ballsy.

You gotta watch out though. I hear some people out east are so fast because they drive without brake pads. Some even without rotors. :D
