"SMT" Tee for turbo? or Tee for tire?

Sorry for my stupidity...

I was reading something on SpecMiata.com about SM tires for next year... The topic then turned to SMT and how they will have an open tire rule for next year. (I don't have a log in over there to ask... no real point as I have you guys here at IT.com)

What is SMT? Tee for turbo? or Tee for tire? Where can I get a copy of the rules?

Nope, it's a SEDIV thing as well. The R-888 fiasco fired up the open tires guys in Spec Miata again, so we're going to suggest implementing SMT (open Tire) for the 2010 SARRC and ECR seasons. SM will still be required to use the same tire as National racers use (currently the R-888, but announced to be the RA-1 for 2010 - it'll be interesting to see how THAT gets phased in).

The REs will vote on it at the Mid-Year Meeting on July 25.
