Am I reading the GCR correctly? I have a 1990 Honda Civic SI which I believe came stock with 14" wheels. Can I legally run 15" wheels on this car?

absolutly. that is 100% legal! :D

what kind of wheels are you thinking about upgrading to? Im running the Enkei's RFP1's and have been real happy with them.

That's good to know. Right now we have a set of 14x7 Panasports (silver) and a set of Team Dynamics 14x7 (gun metal). I don't know for sure that we will upgrade right now just checking to see if it was legal to run the 15's. Our budget is pretty tight and we see a lot of cheap/free 15" tires off of SM that would work fine for us at Hallett right now. Any suggestions on a set good inexpensive 15" wheels for a 90 civic?

kosei K1 racing are good wheels for the price.
$115 each from tire rack. Compared to the Enkei's at $199 each.

Those wheels are pretty popular with the SM boys.
I have a set of the kosei's for my rain tires. They're good and durable and pretty light weight. And if I was going to get another set of 15's, Id get the Kosei's.
