Sunroof Help

I know that I can cut and rivet new sheet metal over the existing hole. Can I secure the factory moonroof with metal strips on the underside of the moonroof and still be legal for tech?:shrug: My moonroof is metal and not glass. If you have pics of how you secured your moonroof please share pictures if possible.

All the RX7's I've seen have had four bolts installed in the sunroof. Two on the leading edge and two on the trailing edge. These pass tech in California.
