Wow, that was an exciting race - while it lasted.

I didn't realize how out of shape I got going through the keyhole on lap one, and was wondering why Fruth didn't get by me after my slide into thunder valley on lap one.

Anyone have video of the Sunday morning ITB race? T1 felt very exciting to watch.

I have video of the whole weekend, but my home computer's undergoing major surgery; the one lap was the only one I managed to get posted before she croaked. So hopefully by the end of next week it'll be back in action and I'll be able to pop out some new highlight reels - lots of good video, thanks to the twin-cam setup! ;)

Finally got my computer back, and the Sunday afternoon highlight reel processed and uploaded to youtube:

Awesome footage Vaughan. You really had a great drive that day. I tried to keep your eyes on the mirror as much as possible, but just couldn't make anything work once we got to the back straight. Well done.

Glad you had the rear camera to catch my first lap antics. Can you tell we loosened the car up a bit in search of more speed?

Cheers! Yeah, I could see it was a bit loose... but fast, apparently! ;)

Boy that Sunday morning race was frustrating - to feel the right rear wheel getting looser and looser every lap. By the time we were in impound, two lug nuts were back off about 1/2". Good thing there are only a few lefts that you really lean on the car at that track.

Yeah, scary stuff...

Best thing is, now you get to watch it on-demand, all winter long! ;)

Good racin' with ya; hope to get some more next year! Hoping to make it to Road America then - what's a good weekend to do that, with good IT turnout?

Thought I'd add AAHJ's video's to the Archive.

You can view some awesome in car footage by clicking on the following link. Unfortunately, the camera cut off when I went off the track, so it only recorded the first 17 laps:

Get me your address, and I will make sure the folks I buy video equipment from send you a commission. I am hooked, and need to get a setup working ASAP.

Very cool footage.

LOL! If you'd like to know about my setup, email me or check out the budget DVR thread on the Best Buys section of the board. Adding the PIP increases complexity of operation more than cost, unless you go the Chasecam route, but a single camera can be very easy/cheap.

More video!! Yes there's more! Well, all the in-car stuff is uploaded, but there's plenty of action from the paddock and trackside... here's the one highlighting the ITB crowd from Waterford - yours truly, teammate Chris Marsh, and fellow ITB'ers Todd Lincoln and John Payne:

Enjoy!
