I would try the three following DC Region members:
Charlie Broring- Your DC Region ITB Drivers Rep and Volvo pilot of some repute (he can fix your teeth too, if needed).
Jim Stem
Steve Monson
I know that Charlie lurks here and on the Prod board. Plus you can get him on the regions "contacts" page.
I have not seen Jim on either board. But Jim has told me that he has a "yard full" of old Volvo's, he lives in suburban MD.
