Typical Schedule for Nelson Test Day

What's a typical test/tune day schedule for Nelson?

Number of sessions?
Groupings?

Generally, 3 groups, maybe 4; sometimes fewer. It all depends on what shows uo to run.

Lots of track time in any event!

granted it was the first fun day of the year, but the friday before the school was pretty casual. i think 4 run groups one of them was open wheel.

it was self decided what group to run in and i'm not sure anyone was keeping track of who was out when. i know i saw several cars out on track in multiple groups. let's assume they had multiple drivers. ;)

No tech. no helmet check. decide your own group. lots of track time.

paddock up in the paved part if they will let you. shoot, they didn't even mind if we took the car into the tech shed to work on it.

If you get there for afternoon they will only charge for half a day. Usually have menu's for places to deliver to the track. Its usually a fun laid back and they are GLAD to see you. :happy204:
