If anyone would like to pass out the word where I have not already I would appreciate it.
Registration for PDX #2 on Sunday, June 15, 2008 on the Summit Point Main Circuit is open.
Please goto the DC Region website - www.wdcr-scca.org (http://www.wdcr-scca.org) and follow the calendar links for registration.
This event will not offer a beginner group for those with limited or zero on track experience. Students with 8 or more days on track with instruction may register and will be under the review of the Cheif Instructor.
Just as an FYI on membership requirements for the events:
For PDX - Instructors and workers in "hot" areas must be an SCCA member. Students do not need SCCA membership although it is encouraged.
For Time Trials - Workers in "hot" areas must be an SCCA member. Entrants must be an SCCA member with a Time Trials Novice license (more on that later).
There is a $5 "Weekend Membership" available on-site - however, if that Weekend Member volunteers to work, their $5 fee is waived.
Cost for the one day event is $200.00 Hope to see you there.
We are always looking for volunteers and offer a great incentive package. Work 3 events and you will recieve a free entry into one of the PDX events!!!!
