Spring Rates and Lengths

does anyone have a name of a place that can sensibly help me with some issues to spring rates and lengths that I'm having on the honda? i tried talking to Ground Control, but I think I hung up being dumber than I was when I called.

I have to make some setup adjustments, and want to make sure I'm making the right descisions.
