ITB Wheels

Anybody have some answers to the following? Are we able to run 15" wheels on an ITB BMW 2002? If not 15" how about 14"? As you probably know we have always had to run 13".

I just so happen to have my 08 GCR handy, and saw:

9.1.3.7.a.1 on the bottom of page 337:

if it came with 12, 13, or 14 inch rims may fit anything up to 15 inches, but you can't fit anything smaller than what's on the spec line.

2002's have faired fenders ( repaired under strict guidance of the factory shop manual) to fit 13 inch Hoosiers. No way you will fit 15 inch tires in those wheel wells.

Even if they fit, I'd do a careful study of geometry and weight.
