MKIII Motors 2.0L ABA???

Do not know if the 2.0 ABA motor is "the" motor to have in the MKIII's, but I have access to BRAND NEW (not rebuilt or reman's) complete engines. I think they will go for ~$600, maybe less...

Is this of any interest?

The only engine code for the 2.0L crossflow in the MK3 is the ABA. around 600 for a crate motor sounds about right for a long block no accesories.

Alan sold the Audi, Tim; he had it for sale here for a KEE-ILLER price a month or two ago. Plus, I bought his trailer and Excursion...he's very tied into the Farnbacher-Loles effort as a muckity-muck now...;)

Greg....The Audi is still where you saw it, but I have not made an attempt to sell....but if anyone is interested, please feel free to let me know.

All...MORE INFO...The motors are straight from VW, not remanufactured or rebuilt, BRAND NEW OEM motors from valve cover to oil pan. I can get them for $575 to my shop, but obviously they can be shipped from here. (Danbury, CT)
