SCCA announced that Puerto Rico has been admitted as a new Region. Puerto Rico is now a member of area three in SEDIV.

Well guys the track we mostly use (even when there is another one near by)is Ponce International Speedway aka El Tuque

Some of the guys from PR brought their Corvettes to Sebring last year for a restricted regional.
They did some great racing, bent up some fibreglass, and hosted the greatest social event of the year. it was all too cool !

Eat your heart out guys, I leave in the AM for Puerto Rico to work the PRRRA FIA event this weekend at L2K. MOJITO's, Cool breezes, the water park, MOJITO's some great racing, oh and did I mention the MOJITO's. :smilie_pokal:

I loved Puerto Rico, I rented a plane from Isla Grande and flew over the Island. The sun, the sand, THE WOMEN!:p:cool: :023: Good luck on your racing down there.

Is there a pit road speed limit? Looks like you could shave some time with a trip through the pits and onto the front strait. :eclipsee_steering::smilie_pokal:

Its a hard left and through those 2,000# concrete barriers, so no quick trip down the drag strip, besides, if you do that the rules say you have to stop, do a burn out, lauch and put out a parachute at the end of the 1/4 mile so you lose any advantage. LOL
