Hey gang,

I was thinking of picking up an in-car intercom setup, and wanted to ask for opinions since I know many of you instruct for track days and TTs. The two units I've found are the Nady and Chatterbox - is one any better than the other? Also, are there other systems out there I've missed?

Thanks.

Earl,

I've used both. My Nady unit was fine until the internal unit where the ear phone jack plugs in started experiencing issues. I do like the Chatterbox more thus far. It seems like there's less feedback noise and I'm able to hear the other person more clearly.

Nady vs. chatter. you really do get what you paid for. My nady is a season old, and it takes some convicing at times to turn on. So far no problems with the jack ports but then I kind of beefed them up when I had it apart to resolder the battery connections.

In my opinion, the Chatterbox sucks less than the Nady.

Try the rally boards.

Peltor is probably the best.

If you are looking for something cheaper, try pricing motorcycle (driver-passenger) systems.
