This might be moot if the preferred method will be going to a 3rd party engine mgmt system but I'd thought I'd ask. When is the vote on this? Even if it passes it will not be legal for the this Nov ARRC correct?
What can be changed and what cannot be changed when burning the ECU? What are the limitations of doing it this way versus a 3rd party.
I guess if you can change ALL the variables on the stock ECU then why move to a 3rd party system?
Thanks,
Beran

Yeah, you can change whatever you want "inside the box" right now. the stock ECU isn't really conducive to tuning on the go, it's burn a chip test it, burn another chip test it, and on and on. We got a pretty good one, seems to be working well, From TT. are you OBD1 or OBD2?

OBD2 is what i have. I have a 1997.
I do have a chip from Shine but I do not think it was tuned on a dyno.
Did you test mufflers?
Thanks,
