We are building an S2 for ITR. Any suggestions where to hook up the fuel test port valve?

I spoke with Paul last year. He was not terribly familiar with the 944 and, as I recall, I did not like his suggestion. I'm trying to find out what others have done.

We drilled and tapped our 8v in the front of the fuel rail for the fuel port. There was a capped fitting there from the factory. I think on your 16v it may be on the side of the fuel rail(?). Bring a length of hose with you to the track that fits on the fuel port to keep from spilling any fuel while taking a sample.

I replaced the fuel lines with Earls. Before the line gets to the fuel rail I used the fuel test port from Pegasus.

You also need the fittings recommended. It goes in very easily and takes no real-estate.

I also zip-tied a piece of 3/8" rubber hose to the roll cage so it can be whipped out and connected to this port. The tech guys loved that!
