Can I use naca ducts and hose to cool the brakes on a ITB car ?

They're actually "NACA ducts" and the rules are specified in GCR 9.1.3.D.6.b and 9.1.3.D.8.b

Not unless you want peta after you...:) but naca ducts and hose would be legal and more useful.....:)
