Rule Clarification

I was looking at the SCCA rules in IT catergory and it stated that if my original equipment was a 14 inch rim I can not go to a 15 inch rim, am I reading this right or am I mistaken.

also in regards to the type seat it only states a bucket type seat, looks wide open as far a options or am i once again mistaken? :eclipsee_steering:
