For those attending NHIS, Loudon, NH in 2007.
ALL people on the HOT TRACK are required to wear helmets. This means anywhere on pit lane including the pit stall. The pit stall area is new for 2007, so all crew members that are over the pit wall are required to wear a helmet with a chin strap. It can be a bicycle helmet, shorty bike helmet or just about anything with a chin strap. This means tire temps/pressures, a quick look in a race at a fender or what ever.
The 2007 Track Specific Rules for NHIS are bolded where this change from 2006 has been made.
