I am at Stewards Training, if any body has a questions for Stewards post them between now and 12noon tomorrow and we will try to answer.

I heard that they really follow the "top down" approach for EVERYTHING.

First thing you are taught as a "Steward in Training":

"Pants first, then shoes"
