Does a CRX even need a 27mm rear sway bar? Good lord, I hope you're not talking about a solid 27mm bar. :o

What was on the car before? Have you got the chance to drive it yet?

Just an aside...why go with a 27mm? If you need something that large then you really need stiffer springs. I have a 22mm (7/8") Suspension Techniques adjustable and it's more then enough. Got it from OPM a while back. 22mm is much easier to come by.

it was passed on that that is the way to go, but it could be cheaper to run different springs. I have the stock SI bar on it right now.

I'll agree with Mark here. Get the 22mm Suspension Techniques bar as that should be more than enough for a CRX - plus it'll be a direct bolt in application. (I use to have one custom mounted on my Integra at one time and it worked ok on that car, and it has a much longer wheelbase. Too bad, I just sold it.) If you need more than that, than you need to be looking at springs.

It's no 27, but this is the 24 I run.

If you need more rear roll stiffness than a 22mm bar can give you then I'd suggest going higher in rear spring rate.

I have both a 22mm ST bar as well as a 24mm Progress bar, both of which are no longer being used, either of which I'd be willing to sell.

PM me or shoot me an email, [email protected].

Sam

Checking into all of this, and reserching some spring rates.
Thank you all for your time.
