Two years ago I picked up a 142 Volvo to build an ITB car. After buying all the parts for the car and stripping it down .I thought that it would be a good idea to start getting my license in a 242 Volvo I had. One school and two track days latter I caged it and got it ready for the novice program. The 140 guys said “A 240 will never be faster then a 140”.thats all I needed. I sold most of the 140 stuff and put all my time and money into the 240. I think the 240 will be the faster ITB car. Im 2 sec slower then the fastest ITB cars at PIR with a 240,000 mile motor with low compression and no real setup. This year ill have a better motor and some more goodies on the car it might even see scales. i cant wait for this year to start
