New 1st Gen Weight

I just finished registering for the March race at Rockingham and part of that process is entering the page number from the GCR where my car's minimum weight is listed.

Imagine my surprise :o when page 28 of the 2007 GCR still has us at 2380.

I know I'm not crazy (at least that's what my psychologist keeps telling me...) because the minimum at the October race @ VIR was 2280.

Maybe cancel the next appointment with the psychologist and get an eye exam instead??? :D

My copy of the 2007 GCR says the 79-85 RX-7 12A minimum weight is 2280. Even money says you were looking at a 2006 GCR... the page numbering scheme has changed, you should be quoting from GCR page 319.

I had taken the the 2006 book out of my briefcase, (where I keep the logbook, my credential, etc.) and put the 2007 book in.

Of course, when I got to the part in registration where you have to look up the page where your car's weight is listed I go over to grab the GCR and LOOOOOK :happy204: there's the GCR sitting right there on the table.

("ahem"... yeah it kinda was the 2006....)
