Midwest 240Z setup suggestions?

I am new to the Cen-Div region and I am looking for some 240Z set-up suggestion for some of the Midwest tracks. Mainly I am interested in Road America, BlackHawk, and BIR, if they ever run there again. I am mainly interested in rear gear ratios for each track, since that is probably the hardest thing for me to change, but I would like to hear of successful sprin/bar combos for those tracks.

I have tried a 3.9 and 3.7. I like the 3.9 better. Friends have tried a 4.11 and suggested it was just a little too much. I've never been to the midwest tracks but if I had my guess, the 3.9 would be the best compromise.
