After hearing his comments "If we could find someone to drive it" I can only think... Can't we find a young 10-11 year old "Mario Andretti" (1/3 scale 1972 Mario) to run it in a 2 hour endurance race (1/3 scale time of the Daytona 6hr now 24hr race) at a 1/3 scale Daytona track?

but, If I had the talent, the time, the patient, and the drive to build a 1/3 scale exact replica of a 312, I'm pretty sure I could have built a full scale replica instead. Then, I wouldn't need to find a 1/3 scale Mario....

I'm with you on that - why devote your life to something quasi pointless? Hell, it isn't even remote control! Anybody surprised to see no wedding ring on that guys finger? The OCD problems were easy for females to ID early.... :wacko:
