I believe an old IT class that has been droppped. As for 2007 we have ITR, ITS, ITA, ITB, and ITC nationally recognized as regional classes (if that makes any sense.) Some regions may still recognize ITD locally.

ITD?? i think an ITR could lap an ITD (if we follow sequence of speed by class) in about 3 laps...

if it has been dropped what GCR guidelines did they follow

Regional only class.

ITD was a Regional only class that followed IT rules from what I know... I don't think that it is still around anyplace since 2000 but I could be wrong. If I am right then these results were probably the last results eer for the ITD class. http://www.arrc-online.com/results_2000/ra...lts2000_g1.html (http://www.arrc-online.com/results_2000/raceresults2000_g1.html)

Another "IT" regional only class would be ITT, not sure if it also follows IT Rules or not?

ITE is yet another regional only class and it does not follow IT rules at all.

ITD was adopted by some individual regions (a la ITE). The rest of the IT classes (A, B, C, S, and now R) are nationally-recognized regional-only classes. ITD was never among those.

the 71-73 1200 is still listed in ITC so if you really want one and they do not have ITD in your area you can race it in ITC. probably wont be the fast car though.

There's also regonal only ITO and ITU, but I don't know what regions support them. They ran at the ARRC, though, so someone does.
