I am a bit behind this year for racing, for that matter getting my license. How does one find the sanctioning number for races run last year?

I'd try the web sites for the organizing regions to see if they have a results archive. I think National has been trying to put together a results archive, too, but probably only for national classes. The sanction number might be on the MyLaps.com records, too, but I haven't looked at MyLaps.com in a while. If none of that worked, I'd get busy with Google and whatever other search engine I could think of, and I'd post on the forums and email lists to see if anyone else had it. And you could always call the organizing regions. They probably have records.

Don't forget to check the qualifying and results sheets, if you kept them. The sanction #'s are always on them.
