Yes that’s the one. It is his yellow RX3 GT3 car that I am looking for the history on. I know he sold the car in 1993 and I know the car was driven by Dennis Golden at the runoffs in 1989 although I do not know who was the owner then. I have the car and am trying to trace it back to see when it started racing.

I know that he posts on the Production Car Site. I just PM'd him asking him to contact you through this site.

He's in Mariposa, CA now selling real estate, or at least that's what he said a few months back.

Dick-

Might we be seeing you in a new car anytime soon??? I love those RX-3's and a "GT" version would be fun to watch!!! :035:

Rumour has it that he's aquired quite a collection of go fast parts....A very trick Corvette rear IRS setup from a wreck, a sequential 6 speed transaxle, and a three rotor twin turbo japanese monster rotary from God knows where, and he wanted a "classic" body to wrap around it all. Expect a very stout but light SPO effort !

It should be fast.......and it should shrrreeeeiiiik!

It is rod Folia’s old car and with its position in the queue of projects I probably won’t even start on it till spring. I am not really sure what to do with it. Maybe vintage, maybe GT3 or maybe SPU. Big power, light weight, short wheelbase. First I want to find out more about the history.
