I would personally like to see them use a clutch and shifter!! Yes im a Nigel Shiftwright but c'mon...they have too much electronic help.

F1 fan here too, always have had speed channel but now some races on broadcast TV. Hopefully boost fan base.

Finally have a US driver but was such a shame Scott Speed was hit from the rear in the Inndy race and taken out first lap.

I personally(sp) hope that the broadcast tv portion of F1 goes away. The knowledge base provided by SPEEDTV is unrivalled!!! The knowledge base exhibited by CBS is pitiful at best!! Just my .02 cents.

I was just listening to the voice mail AGAIN, my friend sent me from Indy. No voice message, just the "shriek" of the cars going by. I knew I'd find a reason to like cell phones. I like the idea of going back to traditional shifters too, but this is the premiere racing series on earth.

F1 fan as well. BTW, just announced, Montoya to race NASCAR in 07' for Ganassi, in the #42 Texaco Dodge.
