Last November I ordered an intake from Iceman for the Neon ACR I was building for ITA. After 3 weeks had passed without receiving the intake, I began calling them. I spoke with someone who said he'd contact the warehouse and call me back. He never did. Lather, rinse, repeat several times over the next week. Then, they stopped answering their phones altogether. Their website said they were moving to new offices. So I tried and tried over the next 2 months to call and email, with no luck. The car owner, who paid for the intake with his credit card, could not dispute the charges because we made the decision to do so after 60 days of the purchase. He didn't tell me his efforts were unsuccessful until this week, so I pursued contacting the company again. Their website still says they're moving. I called one of their retailers who said they've gone out of business.
Does anybody know who the owners were or how to contact them? Any information you can provide would be extremely appreciated!
