T turboICE New member Apr 6, 2006 #2 I have removed and replaced the oil pan without out pulling the engine. I needed to remove the sway bar and had to lift the engine a bit to do it.

J jamsilvia New member Apr 7, 2006 #4 When I did it (on my S14) - I had to lift the motor, and loosen the subframe too. So if you almost can get it out, but need that little bit more, you can drop the front subframe a bit for a inch or so of clearance. joe
